This was at the local Habitat for Humanity ReStore for cheap recently. It got a full cleaning and servicing. Overall, it in an Demo of a vintage Hunter/R&M Original ceiling fan. This ceiling fan was made by the famous Hunter Fan Company, back when The fan dates to around the late 1930s, to mid 1940s. It has a metal hook under the base that lets you be able to wall-mount it, which is pretty cool.
